Charitable contributions will be disbursed on a monthly basis (or more frequently as needed) based on meeting the principles for donation, as well as the availability of funds. Priority will be given to requests involving the volunteer efforts of our people. In making a determination to award a charitable contribution, we also consider what other types of PSS World Medical, Inc. support (matching dollars, volunteers, etc.) an organization may already be receiving.

All applications will be reviewed and responded to
within 45 days.

STEPS TO APPLY

1. Read the Guidelines for Charitable Contributions Requests and Program Eligibility statement to determine if your organization or project falls into our focus area.
2. Review our Program Limitations. Your request will be declined if it falls into one of these criteria.
3. Select the appropriate application and read the requirements related to each application (application for funds under $500 or application for funds over $500).
4. Click on the "Download Applications" link for the appropriate application and complete the form. Collect, prepare, and submit the information required with the appropriate application.
5. Each request will be reviewed and responded to within 30 days.
