Lynn, founder and former owner of MedSol, Inc. has over 30 years experience in the laboratory setting as a generalist, point-of-care coordinator, supervisor and laboratory manager. She formed her own consulting company in 2003 after recognizing a tremendous need in the physician office setting for guidance in laboratory setup and continued compliance with state and federal regulations. After first providing assistance within Florida and then the Southeast region, MedSol quickly grew to provide assistance nationwide. MedSol Laboratory Consulting now provides this professional service within PSS to assist the PSS sales representatives and their customers provide and sustain quality, in-house laboratory testing.

Lauri began her career as a Medical Technologist at a large hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. She then worked for nine years with a multi-physician group as an office supervisor, where she focused on laboratory operations, compliance and education. Prior to joining the MedSol laboratory consulting division, Lauri provided support to the PSS sales force for Surgery and Rx related products. Lauri is now a sales analyst for our laboratory consultants, acting as a liaison between PSS sales force, customers and our technical consultants to assist with sales and communications. Her prior experience in the clinical laboratory is valuable in helping us deliver our expertise to the customers we serve.

Gail began her career as a quality control supervisor in the chemistry department of the University of Iowa's teaching hospital and then as a generalist in the hospital laboratory. She then worked in a pediatric office and became the laboratory manager of the facility. Most recently, she has worked in an oncology office, a research facility and provided independent consulting services to the physician office laboratory. Gail brings broad knowledge and experience in the POL as a technical consultant with PSS.

Sheryl has more than 30 years experience in the clinical laboratory setting and more than 15 years experience in education, in which she holds a Master's Degree. Previously, she has been the supervisor of a transfusion service, program director of a clinical laboratory and laboratory coordinator of a POL. She currently acts as manager of the laboratory at the University of Delaware in addition to her duties as a PSS technical consultant. Sheryl has published lab manuals and a textbook for use in clinical lab education. She also provides technical writing services to various organizations and maintains a blog addressing clinical lab issues of today.

Elizabeth (Liz) studied microbiology and cytogenetics in Australia and then the U.S. to obtain a degree in genetics. She began working in pediatrics and eventually became a laboratory supervisor for a large pediatric practice. Liz then formed her own consulting company and worked for 7 years throughout the southeast, providing assistance with laboratory setup, continued compliance and OSHA and Safety Training for the POL. Liz is now a technical consultant for PSS and specialized in OSHA and safety training and compliance.

Janet worked for 17 years at a major medical center in Jacksonville, FL, initially in microbiology and then as director of the medical technology internship program, where she taught students, developed curriculum, maintained compliance and created affiliation agreements with universities world-wide. She then set up laboratory operations for a group that expanded to 124 multi-specialty physicians in 20 locations. Her most recent employment was with a large endocrinology practice in north FL, where she acted as laboratory manager. Janet is now a technical consultant for PSS and also provides training to sales representatives and customers.

Steve initially owned and operated a construction sales and service business before returning to school to obtain a degree as a medical technologist. Steve first worked in an emergency room "stat lab" and for open heart surgery in a large medical center in south Florida. He also acted as the education department's liaison between the laboratory and nursing staff. He then worked as a laboratory supervisor and most recently started a staffing and management company to staff and oversee physician office laboratory staffing in addition to providing independent laboratory consulting services. As a technical consultant for PSS, Steve also specializes in cost analysis and feasibility studies for the POL customer.

Nathalie (Natty) has more than 25 years experience in various clinical laboratory settings. Prior to joining PSS Natty spent the last seven years as Regional Manager for a laboratory consulting company where her career was focused on the set up, operations and management of physician office laboratories. Her extensive experience and training with laboratory operations has helped to optimize client operations, through improved workflows, better staff utilization, laboratory financial management, on-going quality assessment and compliance checks. Natty is now a technical consultant for PSS and her knowledge and experience in complex laboratory testing have proven to be an asset in her working knowledge of the POL laboratories.
