Ongoing On-site Assistance

• Laboratory consultants will visit your site monthly, every other month, quarterly or every six months for an on-site review of all quality control, quality assessment, calibration, maintenance, proficiency testing and personnel records.

On-site Consulting may also provide assistance for additional projects including:

• Complete laboratory set-up
• Assistance with laboratory layout
• Integration of equipment
• Training or re-training of personnel
• Mock inspection for survey
• OSHA and safety manuals with annual training assistance
• Citation "clean-up" for deficiencies noted during the inspection and survey process which require a technical consultant for the plan of correction
